At Wavenics, we deliver products through trusted courier partners including Pathao, Steadfast, and Sundarban Courier. Please read our delivery policy carefully before placing an order.
Wavenics uses different courier services depending on customer location, product type, parcel size, and delivery availability.

The final courier service may be selected by Wavenics based on the most suitable delivery option for the customer’s area.
Delivery charges are determined by the courier company. Wavenics does not fully control courier pricing, as charges may vary depending on location, parcel weight, parcel size, payment method, and courier service policy.
Customers must pay the applicable delivery charge according to the courier company’s rate.
Delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier company schedule, public holidays, weather conditions, traffic, political situation, or any unexpected courier delay.
Usually, delivery may take:
Inside Dhaka: approximately 1–2 working days
Outside Dhaka: approximately 2–5 working days, depending on the courier service and location
However, delivery time is not fully guaranteed because courier companies handle the final delivery process.
To complete the delivery, Wavenics may share necessary customer information with the courier company, including:
Customer name
Phone number
Delivery address
Order amount
Parcel details
This information is shared only for delivery and order processing purposes.
If a parcel is damaged or lost during delivery, responsibility will be handled by Wavenics or the courier company, depending on the situation and courier investigation.
Customers must inform Wavenics as soon as possible if there is any delivery issue, missing parcel, damaged parcel, or suspicious package condition.
Wavenics will communicate with the courier company and try to resolve the issue properly.
Customers are strongly requested to check the parcel and product condition in front of the delivery person at the time of receiving the parcel.
Please check:
Whether the parcel is damaged or opened
Whether the correct product is inside
Whether the product is physically damaged
Whether any item is missing from the package
If there is any issue, the customer should immediately inform the delivery person and contact Wavenics.
If the customer receives the parcel without checking it in front of the delivery person, then later product exchange or damage claim may not be accepted.
Once the parcel is received and accepted by the customer, Wavenics may not grant exchange requests for physical damage, missing items, wrong claim, or courier-related issues unless proper proof is provided.
The reference policy also mentions that courier delays are outside the seller’s control and that customer delivery information may be shared with courier services for delivery purposes.
Customers must provide correct name, phone number, and delivery address while placing an order.
Wavenics will not be responsible for delivery failure caused by:
Wrong address
Wrong phone number
Customer not receiving phone calls
Customer being unavailable
Customer refusing delivery
Courier office pickup delay
If the parcel is returned due to customer-side issues, the customer may need to pay the delivery charge again for resending.
For some locations, home delivery may not be available. In that case, customers may need to collect the parcel from the nearest courier office.
Sundarban Courier parcels may require pickup from the courier branch depending on the destination area.
Cash on Delivery or conditional payment may be available for selected areas and selected courier services only.
Any COD charge, condition charge, return charge, or courier payment collection charge will be paid by the customer according to the courier company’s policy.
Wavenics will try its best to process and hand over parcels to the courier as quickly as possible. However, after the parcel is handed over to the courier, delivery time depends on the courier company.
Wavenics will not be responsible for unexpected delays caused by courier company problems, weather, holidays, strikes, traffic, natural disasters, or other situations outside our control.
All delivery-related decisions, including courier selection, delivery issue handling, parcel claim, resend, exchange, and compensation, will be decided by Wavenics based on the courier company’s report and available evidence.
Customers can also collect their orders directly from our Wavenics office/shop.
If you want to collect your order from our office, please confirm your order in advance through phone, website, Facebook page, Messenger, or WhatsApp. After confirmation, we will prepare the product for pickup.
Customers are requested to check the product properly at the time of collection. Once the product is collected from our office, return, refund, or exchange requests will follow our regular return policy.
